NRI/NRGs are restricted in the amount of time they are able to stay in Goa during their visit due to employment commitments in Canada. Managing property from thousands of miles away or during our short stay in Goa is no easy task:

• Properties for which they need to find a tenant or a buyer or want the rents handled or just keep the property maintained.
• Parents or family in Goa for whom they are concerned about their well being; helping them in payment of phone bills, taxes, electricity bills and other recurring payments, some domestic maintenance work etc.

Outcomes:

The IGO is developing a network of real estate and property management organizations that provide:
Regular Maintenance services;

• Construction services;
• Renovation and Refurbishing services;
• Care of Vacant Properties; and
• Property Care Services
